Yesterday we made “Under the Sea” Fish & Jellyfish!
In today’s project, the kids and I will be making coral and a star fish!
For this project you will need:
- the starfish and coral templates
- construction paper in color of choice
- a pencil for tracing
- scissors
- cotton balls
- paint
- glue
First, print and cut out the templates.

Then trace them on to the construction paper and cut those out too.
Lay the cotton balls on top of the cut outs to estimate how many cotton balls you will need.
Then, dip the cotton balls into the paint and dab it together with another cotton ball to distribute the paint between the two.
Cover the cut out with glue, and stick the paint dabbed cotton balls on to it.
Now let the starfish and coral dry, and hang on to it for Friday’s project!
